Our traditional paint and sip events are a classic fun way to connect with friends, co workers or family. We offer events at your home or any location of your choosing!
All art and painting materials for your guests is included. We will assist with you all other details such as sign up, ticketing options, posting your event to social media, etc.
Before you submit your request. Browse our painting gallery, have in mind which painting you'd like to paint for your event. We have an array of styles to fit any event or occasion.
*If there’s not a design you like, we’ll create a custom painting design to best match your event theme. (a $25 fee applies)
After browsing our painting gallery, begin filling out our event inquiry form. It’s super important for us to know the following details about your event:
Date & Time
Location & City
Event Style (event styles we offer listed above)
Your Event Theme
Guest Count
Desired painting design
*Event reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance!
After you have submitted your event inquiry, it’ll take 1 – 2 business days to review your submitted information.
We’ll contact you either by phone or email to discuss pricing and options specific to your event type and submitted inquiry.
When you are ready to book we will confirm availability with our artist team, then send over an invoice on a agreed amount that is due either before or after the event in full.
*Pricing for every private event is completely different. Location, guest count, and date can all determine the final price of your private event.

Preparing for your private painting event with us is very simple. A few days before your event we’ll contact you to remind you and re-confirm all logistics and provide helpful tips to create a perfect painting environment for you and your guests.

That’s it! Once we arrive we’ll take about 30 – 45 mins to set-up. After we’re finished we can begin instructing and get to painting!

So easy to communicate with and plan. They had a lot of good ideas and helped me plan a surprise 40th for my wife and a bunch of our friends. When we got to painting, it was so enjoyable and fun. What happens if i don't reach your required 10 people min?
If you don't reach the 10 people min for a private event. You'll have the option to cover the costs for the reminding people until you reach our required min.
Are all painting supplies included?
We provide all painting supplies for private events such as, canvas, paints, brushes, aprons, and esals for your guests.
I need to cancel my event. What do I do?
For what ever reason you need to cancel your private event. Just contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of your scheduled event date.
